  • If required, cooperate with the return process outlined by our Dispute Team.

2. Orders Delayed or Not Received

For orders experiencing delays or those not received, we adhere to our specified timeframe and requirements:

  • Disputes related to delayed orders are processed after the stipulated period (e.g., 30 days after departure from our warehouse).
  • Non-received orders necessitate a non-delivery certification from the local post office.

3. Products Damaged During Transit

We address products damaged during transit with the utmost care:

  • Extensive refunds or replacements are offered for badly damaged packages.
  • Partial refunds or replacements are provided for packages with minor damage (excluding thread, slight wrinkles, or small scratches).

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

Instances of receiving incorrect or missing products are managed as follows:

  • Full refunds or replacements are granted for incorrect products.
  • Refunds or resends are facilitated for color or size discrepancies that do not affect product function.
  • Missing parts result in partial refunds or resends, depending on their impact on product function.

5. Orders Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if done before processing by our warehouses. Exceptions include customized POD orders, preorder inventory orders, and video/photo orders.

6. Unacceptable Disputes

Please note that we cannot accept disputes for:

  • Personal preferences.
  • Claims of misleading product descriptions.
  • Complaints about unusual smells.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the buyer.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided.
  • Pre-negotiated product differences.
  • Tracking information deletion.
  • Customs clearance issues.
